Our Eco-focused eCommerce company is seeking a hard-working entry to mid level Web Programmer to join the small IT team working out of the Director of IT's house. This is the ultimate start-up experience to work with smart, dedicated people who also know how to have fun, and to be cheered on by our official furry mascot Spike as he greets you in the morning ready for another day of programming.

The day to day work entails helping to grow our custom eCommerce platform to meet the ever evolving needs of the Customer Service, Marketing and Fulfillment departments. This entails everything from small cosmetic changes, to creating new modules, to troubleshooting and fixing issues with current code, to designing reports and running ad-hoc queries.

This job may require occasional travel to San Rafael (CA), Miami or London.

• 1-3 years of Web development experience and proficiency with the following: HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, VB.NET.
• Exposure to relational database concepts, SQL and stored procedures (MSSQL Server 2000/2005 experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Knowledge of Advanced Javascript concepts such as AJAX is a plus.
• B.S. in a computer science related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

YOU:
We are seeking an eco-minded and energetic individual to assist in the production of online and print media. This includes Marketing Emails, online banners, and also a print collateral. Since we are a fast-growing, start-up company this position offers significant career growth potential to the right highly motivated individual!!

Joining our current team of one and reporting to the Art Director, this person will:

• produce marketing emails
• produce online banners for marketing initiatives
• prepare product images for PR or website usage
• manage product images for upload to the website
• assist with the graphical needs of our website
• produce print ads

We're strongly looking for:

• 4-year college degree
• proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CS2
• proficiency in Adobe Illustrator CS2
• proficiency in Adobe InDesign CS2
• proficiency in Adobe Acrobat CS2
• HTML 4.0, we use Dreamweaver MX as a tool only, knowing how to hand code is a must.
