Organic Bouquet currently ships all perishable items (fresh flowers, fruits, topiaries, chocolates, etc) via FedEx Next Day service to ensure optimal quality and freshness upon delivery. Shipments are packed within 24 hours of your requested delivery date to the destination of your choice. Delivery service is available anywhere in the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer delivery services on Sunday or Monday, or to PO Box addresses. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $10 fee.
FedEx Next Day service is offered at a cost of $14.95 per shipment for all of our fresh flowers and $12.95 for chocolates. Organic Bouquet also offers FedEx 2-Day service for some non-perishable items. Shipping costs range between $12.95 and $24.95, depending on the package weight and dimensions. Actual costs are provided at the first stage of checkout. All packages shipped via FedEx 2-Day service are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm.
All packages shipped via FedEx Next Day service are guaranteed to arrive by noon if the destination is located in a major metropolitan area. Otherwise, packages are guaranteed to arrive by 3pm. Note that during major holidays (Xmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) FedEx may experience delivery delays due to high shipping volume. Please be aware that packages may arrive as late as 6pm on these occasions.
We highly recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the door. Organic Bouquet is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
